1.) In what way is it both good and difficult to wait for something?
2.) Read Mark 13:26-27. What is it that Christians wait for, and how does this inform Christian living?
3.) Read Romans 8:22-23. What does it mean to long, and what do Christians long for?
4.) Read Mark 13:34-37. How might you "stay awake" as a Christian as you wait for Christ's return?

PRAYER TOPICS
Our Leaders
Let us pray for our officers and Core leaders who have and are serving faithfully and sacrificially. Let us pray for wisdom and strength during this time of transition.
Our Members
Let us pray for one another. There are those who are crippled by their emotional hardship, struggling with their sin, and experiencing great trials. Let us pray for grace for our members and unity for our ministry.
Worship
Pray for the corporate and private worship of our people. Let us worship the Lord together on Sundays and in our everyday lives through our thoughts, actions, and words. May our corporate worship inspire our private worship, and may our private worship prepare our hearts for our corporate worship.
